BATON ROUGE, La. -- Gov. Bobby Jindal said he'll cancel his speaking role at the Republican convention if Hurricane Gustav threatens Louisiana.Jindal is scheduled to give a speech on the convention's third night, a week from Wednesday.
Gustav made landfall in Haiti on Tuesday and was then expected to move into The Gulf of Mexico in coming days.
